  Popped in yesterday evening at 17:25, granted 5 minutes prior to close but got hurried out the door by the Manager with "sorry but we are closed". Extremely unprofessional and direct, i was making an enquiry from a previous visit 2 weeks ago. Shame the Manager didn't have the experience to at least ask the nature of my visit. Even my 5 year old mentioned that the manager was rude. Not that it probably matters to them about the lost business, just the principal of how the Manager dealt with the situation

  Not like I remember... Took my toddler in and while my experience was friendly, I witnessed an extremely rude encounter by another member of staff with a customer. The foot measurement wasn't great and the resultant selection was a joke (and an awful lot of money for what it was).
