  I am wrighting this as a witness and on behalf of my brother as he was treated so badly he belives he won’t be listed to or herd so I decided to take it on my self. My either was working for quickfit in camberley and left. Months later he was asked to returned and before leaving ended up getting moved to workingham. When he started he walked to the train station when we had horrific wether and snowing and trains where cancelled from first great western service. He called in and explained and they said not to worry as he had no work I’d number to clock in anyway. The same thing happened the next day. He was later told not to return for the week and come back next week due to still not having theses details. With not having work he came with us to lay our uncals headstone when his area manager rung to give a mouthful of abuse swearing calling him a fing lier, fing idiot and words of like to spell but afraid I can’t. Their was nothing like it and telling him he’s a lier. My brother begged and pleaded to check the recorded calls and tried to explain to this area manager but he would not listen. I can only explain him as the most discussing unprofessional horrible bully who should not be in any customer service based business let alone a manager. When my brother mentioned the calls being recorded he back tracked but still wouldn’t give him a chance. My brother is hard working and has over come a lot of problem with mental health this was a major set back from him but he now works for someone in a garage who appreciates him. As a company so big this should not be aloude and a shame all together I’m shocked they allow managers and such unprofessional people to work for them. Also shocked about the lack of organisation and should not be aloude to treat people the way they do.

  After getting 2 tyres fitted, I drove across the road to check my pressure. 1 was very very inflated probably over by 1 bar, other over by about .4 bar. They managed to loose one dusk cap and couldn't provide a suitable replacement. They also scuffed my alloy wheel (deep like it was hit with sharp object) which I only noticed when washing the car after a week. Not friendly. ..I best check that the nuts are tight enough and the wheel nut is the correct one. Monkeys are more capable than this lot!
